On February 26, 2014, the California Foreign Investment & Immigration Center, CFIIC, received it’s APPROVAL from the United States Citizenship & Immigration Services as a designated EB-5 Regional Center.

CFIIC’s current project is Desert Dunes Country Club Development, located in Riverside County, California.

The California Foreign Investment & Immigration Center was established to spur job creation and economic growth in Riverside County, California, the State’s fourth largest county.

The I-526 petition undergoes a thorough review by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services currently averaging 4 to 6 months.

Once USCIS approves the Immigrant Investor’s I-526 petition, CFIIC can deploy the capital investment and begin job creation. The investor is scheduled for a visa interview at the US Consulate within 6 months to receive a conditional 2-year green card.

CFIIC will submit Form I-829 Removal of Conditions. This will provide evidence to USCIS of capital expenditures and revenues generated over the 2-year conditional period of residency to validate the job creation requirement. This process will provide the investor with a PERMANENT GREEN CARD.

CFIIC’s approach for job creation is targeted on the following industry clusters: New Housing For Sale Builders and Site Preparation Contractors. Since the USCIS required job creation will be completed during the initial construction phase of this project, the investor can rest assured that their job creation requirement will be met when the investor makes the application for their permanent green card.

USCIS requires the investor to invest $500,000 (plus applicable fees) in a targeted employment area creating 10 jobs directly and/or in-directly for each $500,000 investor/applicant towards a project.

According to the economic analysis conducted for Desert Dunes Country Club Development, the project will create 1,518.7 jobs yielding an impressive 36% job buffer.
